Product Return / Exchange and Refund Policy

By making this purchase you are demonstrating that you are purchasing a hemp product containing CBD (cannabidiol) and less than .3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol).  These products should only be used as directed on the label. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. A Doctor’s advice should be sought before using this and any supplemental dietary product.

These are NOT THC products that induce a psychoactive or “high” feeling. Mistaking hemp for high THC cannabis does not warrant a refund.

CBDnMORE stands behind our products 100%. If you have any problems with the quality of any product(s) please email us at hello@cbdnmore.store, and clearly indicate the issue of the product(s). We will take all issues into consideration, and come to a fair resolution. Please read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds carefully:

Return Policy:

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund.

Return Processing:

In order to return a product, you must contact hello@cbdnmore.store and submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, please email pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Hemp flower does smell and look like cannabis and is required to be shipped through the USPS shipping system. We go through great effort to remain in good standing with the US Postal Service and always pack orders in scent proof packaging. When you return a product you must take all necessary steps to ensure that the product is well sealed and not leaking any smell. You must also include ALL the original documentation (lab reports and letter to law enforcement). Failure to do so may result in the package getting seized.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If the item is no longer available, we will send identically priced replacement item per customer written approval or provide credit for initial item purchase amount.

Shipping insurance:

We d offer shipping insurance through route.com – For as low as $0.98 you get complete coverage of your order. Orders with a value over $100 can get insured for 2% of the total value (ie. $2 for an order of $200).

We d suggest selecting Route at checkout for the best possible protection and experience.

Exchange Policy:

You may be able expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. In order to expedite the exchange, please place the new order, and send the new invoice number to the customer service agent assigned to your original claim. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted and unopened item(s) has returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s). Please check with your customer service agent before placing your new order.

Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product contact us with 7 days of delivery, Please include your full name, and photos of the incorrect product, and invoice. We will send the correct products, and a return envelope for the incorrect items.
